When everything was of gold

once upon a time, there was a king who was very rich. He was very ungrateful. He wanted him to become richer, so he wanted him to have the ability to turn anything he touched into gold. He was so greedy. When he went to his room, he saw a light in the room, from which an angel came out. The angel told him that every time you touch anything with the first rays of morning, it will turn into gold.

This is what happens when he wakes up in the morning and touched something, it turned into gold. When he went to the dining table and pick up a cup of tea, it turned to gold. And when he tried to eat his food, it also turned into gold, and even when he went back to his room and touched his daughter, she also turned into gold. Now he could not understand anything. He got very worried.  Now he was very regretful. Because this has never been heard before. In a sense, he was losing his daughter. Now he was missing the things around him. He was sorry for being ungrateful to God. Now he grumbled before god and asked God for forgiveness.

So again he saw an angel in his dream. He told the king the way to the pond. He asked him to bathe in that pond. And told him to pour water over everything that had become gold and it would be cured. The king did the same and went to bathe in the pond. He poured the water of the pond on all these things which became gold. So they returned to their original state.

He sought forgiveness from Allah and was very happy to see his daughter again. He promised from his heart that he will never be ungrateful to Allah in the future. And he will be satisfied with what Allah has given him.
