crops. This action of the farmer always disturbed the ghost’s family as their houses used to destroy and they had to build their houses again. They had to do this practice every farming season and they became fed up with this routine. They had their chief ghost, to whom they always put their request to have some solution, but the chief ghost always delayed his action and never resolved the issue, which resulted in frustration amongst the ghost family.

One day when the chief ghost had gone anywhere, the ghost family decided to meet the farmer to have an agreement with him. They went to the farmer’s house in the shape of a delegation and met him to resolve the issue. One the ghost said to the farmer’ “We live in the land where you grow your crops in every season. We have our houses, occupies with our wives and kids. But the problem comes when you plough your land and destroy our houses”. The farmer replied, “He has to plough his land to cultivate new crops and I can’t stop to do so”. The ghost said, “We have a solution, if you don’t plough the field and don’t destroy our houses. Every season, we will provide you the same quantity of wheat which you get out of this field”. The farmer became happy as he wouldn’t do any effort and will get the same quantity of wheat. He accepted the deal and informed the ghost family about the quantity of wheat he gets from his land.

The group of ghosts returned to their home happily as now their homes will not be destroyed. When they reached home, the chief ghost was also at home. They told him about their deal with the farmer cheerfully but the chief ghost got annoyed with them for such an agreement with the farmer. He told them, “Stupid, why you agreed to give wheat to the farmer, rather you should threaten the farmer and he would have agreed on your terms. I will go tonight to the farmer’s house to frighten him and will get the land vacated without any condition.

It was unfortunate for the chief ghost that, at that night farmer has planned to catch the cat which used to spoil his milk on daily basis. The farmer had prepared a trap for the cat and placed it in the window. At night when the chief ghost tried to enter the farmer’s house from that window, he got entangled in the trap. The farmer put a sack on the ghost considering it the cat and started to beat him with a stick. After some time when the farmer opened the sack to release the cat, he saw the chief ghost there, badly beaten by him. He inquired the ghost, “Why you came to my house”? The chief ghost, who was already in critical condition said, “I had come to ask you, whether you will like to take wheat as per agreement has done today or we may give you ready flour for your ease”. The farmer said, “Yes give me flour in place of wheat”. The chief ghost returned home and told his family the whole story.

So to get better results, it is rightly said that “Trust Teamwork and Delegation of Authority”.

Why Happiness is Considered the State of Mind

Happiness and satisfaction are the state of mind. It can never be assumed that a person is happy due to too much money or having plenty of facilities. We can never say that a person is happy after being well settled. Rather we generally see poor people more satisfied than the rich. Then what is the thing for the poor to retain him happy, this is inner satisfaction. In other words we can say, the state of mind which makes him happy and contented. We take an example of such condition. Ashfaq Ahmad, who was a very known writer of Pakistan says that he has served for several years in Radio Pakistan and got posted at various locations. He also remained posted at Gilgit Radio Station. It was a small office but in a beautiful place. There a person named Ghulab, who was a low paid employee at Gilgit Radio Station and was doing duty as a office boy. Ghulab always remained unhappy and worried by his appearance. We never saw him happy and contented. We thought him unhappy because of his financial

Why human is self-centered

It is mentioned once that there were three friends who were very fond of each other. People used to give examples of their friendship. All three friends grew up together studied in the same school and now used to do business together. They were very close friends. Their business was going very well. They were very hard working. But one day it happened and they started losing business. Their night sleep is forbidden. He tried hard to manage the business but gradually, the business came to a standstill. Now the three of them were very worried and they were getting poorer day by day. They were unemployed and had no work to do. They thought they should go to the city and do business there. They packed their things and left for the city. Even on the way, there was a forest. The sun was setting and it was going to be night. The three of them thought why not stay here tonight. They put on their own beds and sat down. They were still sitting when after a while he saw a shining object. As

Why Hard Work along with Genius is Key to Success

It is said that “Hard work without genius is more than genius without hard work”. Only genius will be useless if there is no hard work as hard work is always key to success in any task.  But if genius combines with hard work, then it will be matchless. There will be nothing to beat that person. We can take a well-known story for this There was a crow who was very thirsty, he couldn’t find water anywhere. He wandered around in search of water, but he could not find it. He was tired and sat on the wall of a house. He saw a pitcher placed in the house. The crow flew and sat at the edge of the pitcher.  He was very happy as there was water in the pitcher, but unfortunately, the water level was very low and the crow was unable to reach it to drink it. The crow tried its level best but all in vain. At last, the crow used its intelligence and got a solution to raise the water level for its easy access to drink. The crow saw some pebbles near that pitcher and started picking these pebble
