The Greatest Weakness of Human is His Behoof (Need)

Once upon a time, there was a King who was commanding a large state.   One day the King was sitting with his minister, King’s mood was very pleasant. He asked his minister, “What is a wish of his life which you always thought to be fulfilled, which never happened”. The minister was shy to put his demand but the K insisted to tell about his wish. The minister said. “Your majesty, you have a beautiful large state under your command, if you agree, I want to get ten percent of your beautiful state, I want to command that part of State”.

The Greatest Weakness of Human is His Behoof (Need)

The king said, “if I give you half of my kingdom, What will you do”? Minister got nervous about this statement of Kind and was thinking, how it is possible, how he could be so lucky? The king immediately called the secretary and ordered him to write two orders. In the first order, the king issued a decree of handing over half of his kingdom to his minister. In the second order, the King ordered to behead of the minister. The Minister was surprised and got afraid of both orders. The king sealed the orders and told the minister that you have thirty days. You have to find answers to only three questions in thirty days. If you will succeed then I will reject my second order and I will give you half of my kingdom. And if you failed to do so, I will reject my first order and according to my second order, your head will be taken off. Then the king asked three questions as below:.

”What is the greatest truth of human life?

What is the biggest deception of human life?

What is the greatest weakness of human life?

After that, the king said that your time begins. The Minister gathered the intellectuals across the country and argued with different persons day and night, but got no fruitful result. The Minister tried his level best to consult all the wise people of the state but of no gain, he was unable to get any satisfactory answer. He was disappointed and also afraid as the days were passing fast and he was seeing himself dead after completion of thirty days

One day, he walked towards the forest desperately and was thinking of his foolish demand which has endangered his life. He crossed by a hut, where he saw a poor man sitting with his dog. The poor man was eating dry pieces of bread after dipping them in a glass of water, while the dog was drinking milk from a bowl.

The Minister was very surprised to see the poor, he asked the same three questions from the poor. The poor man said, “I will answer the first two questions but for the third question you have to accept my condition”. The Minister accepted to do so. The poor man gave answers to the first two questions and said, “The greatest truth of life is Death. The biggest deception is life”. On the third question, The poor man said the minister to drink the remaining milk from the dog’s bowl but the minister denied to do so. The poor said, “ I will not give you an answer to the third question if you didn’t fulfill my condition, so be ready to beheaded”. The minister got afraid and drank milk from the dog’s bowl. Then the poor gave the answer to the third question,

“The greatest weakness of a human is his behoof (need)”.

The got his answers from a poor man and put all these in front of The King, who accepted and gave the minister half of his State.

Why Happiness is Considered the State of Mind

Happiness and satisfaction are the state of mind. It can never be assumed that a person is happy due to too much money or having plenty of facilities. We can never say that a person is happy after being well settled. Rather we generally see poor people more satisfied than the rich. Then what is the thing for the poor to retain him happy, this is inner satisfaction. In other words we can say, the state of mind which makes him happy and contented. We take an example of such condition. Ashfaq Ahmad, who was a very known writer of Pakistan says that he has served for several years in Radio Pakistan and got posted at various locations. He also remained posted at Gilgit Radio Station. It was a small office but in a beautiful place. There a person named Ghulab, who was a low paid employee at Gilgit Radio Station and was doing duty as a office boy. Ghulab always remained unhappy and worried by his appearance. We never saw him happy and contented. We thought him unhappy because of his financial...

Why Hard work is Always Better than Begging

Hard work is the key to success. nothing in this world is impossible for a person who targets to achieve with commitment and hard work. If we give a fried fish to a person without any of his efforts, then he will become habitual of doing nothing and aging the benefit without hard work, but if we teach him how to catch a fish, and use it as his food, then he will be more benefitted and will never try to beg in front of anyone. We can justify this statement by the following story. There was a school in a village, where children of mostly poor communities were getting their education. No uniform code was there in this school and students used to come in any of their available dresses. Education standards were reasonable but the teachers of this school were very much committed to their job in grooming their students, especially with respect to general ethics. The poor people were earning their livings hardly but were committed to educating the next generation for a better future. One ...
